I wanted to like this but the pivot point allowed the tensioner to rock side to side which didn't look great and well, it wasn't great.

Just installed it. Love the upward tension. Instructions call for a 19mm spanned, but a pair of needle nose pliers worked just fine. Installed with a 90-degree per the instructions. Will provide an update if there are issues with the actual performance of the tensioner. Running SRAM X-Sync 48/17 single-speed with a resized 11 speed SRAM chain.

I've had them all, even the Rohloff dual cog pully. This one is clearly the best. It even comes spring loaded for upward tension, maximizing chain wrap.
