The magnet is perfect for tight spaces in the engine bay, obviously it's not that strong but can pick up a bolt or screw

Somewhat firm but playable costed cable. The fixed magnetic end is longer than desired, thus affects articulation. Decent pick up strength for a small tip.

I had to retrieve a screw from an incredibly tight space, and this tool did the job. I read all the negative reviews but took a chance, and it was well worth it. I should add that this is a product of China, a country where quality control is generally lacking. This means you take your chances, hoping you get a good one.

I had dropped a screw None the vent exit for the defrost On the windshield, This magnet reached down in there and found that screw. Thank you so much for making this magnet.

I'm not sure how much you would use the light or the magnifying glass but the 2 magnets are strong and very strong. Seems like a good buy.
