To be honest, when I got it, I wasn't too sure how much it would help, it looked too easy to use so I was worried. However, after adjusting the height of the stepper, I could definitely feel it working! After using it for a while, I feel that it really has a big impact on my body burning fat, and those numbers on the counter allow me to monitor my workout in real time, which is a great workout option for those who don't want to pay for a gym membership or just don't want to go to the gym. It's lightweight, noiseless, and small enough that it doesn't take up too much space. It comes with lubricant to extend the life of the stepper. Overall, I'm very happy because it provides a good option for exercising at home so that I don't disturb my family's rest.
