The set up looks kind of complicated, it’s annoying but not complicated.we took 2 hours at first day, and 2 hours at second day caused some parts need 2 people work together to finish. I purchased it set for my garage.we also got the gym mat under. its perfect space for my garage. We have been started work out for 10 days. It has multiple uses, we glad for this purchase.

It's a great product for the price. I like that I can get a good quick workout at home because I don't have time to go to the gym.

Great one-piece station for multiple workouts and not taking up too much space, was easy to set up but some of the screws are a little off, but a hammer will help to do the job. Gonna monitor it's sturdiness with continue usage. Overall a great purchase.

I started going to a CrossFit gym a few months ago and have been struggling with upper body exercises. I’ve been browsing workout stations for a while but never made up my mind. The popular ones cost too much and the cheaper ones mostly have negative reviews. I didn’t have high hopes when I bought this one. The only reasons for me to buy were 1) its low price and 2) a friend of mine contacted the seller with questions and said he was extremely patient.The quality of this station turned out to be great. My biggest concern before placing the order was its steadiness (if you’ve read enough reviews about workout stations, this is where most of the complaints about). This station definitely exceeded my expectations. My husband weighs about 200 lbs and he has no problem doing pull-ups on it either. We both are very happy with the purchase.

Foam pad came with a split...bent piece on rack...Staple puncture on arm pad.. Minor scratches on random pieces..Update,after contacting the company they agreed to issue a $100 rebate. Great customer service!
