Been using these rings in the gym for weighted pushups, dips when hanging off a bar in a power rack. Adjusts quick and the rings are nice and smooth. Highly recommended

I'm glad I spent a few extra dollars and picked up these rings. With the numbers, it's easy to adjust the heights and make sure both rings are even (without having to change each side for minutes on end when you are trying to get a quick workout in). Plus, the quality of the material seems legit and should last us a while. Great for at-home workouts or to bring to the park and hang from a pull-up bar or monkey bars. I recommend. Btw, I'm about 250 pounds, and these show no signs of struggle.

I compared many rings and chose these for a few reasons. I chose the smaller diameter rings weas I have smaller hands. I like the carabiner method over the other type of securing method but your bar needs to be pretty straight as you can’t make small adjustments with this. These carabiners are heavy and not cheap by any means. The rotating locking mechanism is a coarse thread so I sprayed some DuPont non stick dry film lubricant on them and that made the locking rings turn much smoother and quieter. The straps are very nice all double stitching and they line up perfectly. They Include a nice thick rubber assist band you can use to help with some of the exercises. It comes with a storage bag as well albeit a little cheap in quality but that’s ok as I prefer the quality in what goes in the bag. The only thing that made me give this 4 stars instead of 5 is the rings themselves were slightly dinged up and not as smooth as I was expecting and hoping as these were priced higher than most other rings. So I ended up taking some 600 grit sandpaper and smoothing the rings out trying to remove the imperfections in the wood. Would have liked them to be a little smoother and without nicks and dings in the wood, so the damage and finish to the rings is why I dropped it a star as 5 stars I believe would have a better finish that I wouldn’t need to sand.As far as using them I have full trust in the strength of the straps and the rings themselves. Are locking carabiners really necessary?, prolly not but I do find myself quickly spinning the locking collar securing them from opening.I do wish the carabiners had a quick way of determining which end opens up but they are perfectly symmetrical so looking at them it’s not easy to quickly unlock or lock just because you can’t tell which way the collar goes or which end opens up. So I wish it were a little more identifiable because. I’ll probably just mark which end is the end that opens, just to make adjustments a little quicker .

I’m able to work out muscle groups that I cannot with my dumbbells. They seem to be quite well made, and should last forever.

the best thing about these rings is absolutely the straps that come with them. they're so high quality, easy to use, and when you loop them over the pullup bar of a squat rack, they don't budge or shift around one millimeter - they stay exactly where you position them. i was afraid the carabiners would scratch the paint off my pullup bar, but the straps just don't move at all. i'm glad i paid more for these instead of getting the ones with the cheap buckle straps that slip and shift around. you could climb with the straps that come with these rings. i'd trust them with my life

This set of rings and straps are designed with your safety in mind. The designers took no short cuts just to make a profit.SAFETY: The straps and fasteners are far superior to other's on the web This package uses real carabiners as opposed to those cheaper 'heavy duty' plastic snap type. The straps' length markings are very large white numbers and the straps are 1.5 in wide, double layered and double sewn together every 4 inches.STITCHING : Most may not realize it, but there are particular sewing stitches and patterns that are required to be used in professional climbing gear, harnesses and belts etc. such as those used by a tree arborist. If you think about it, gymnastic rings bear the same varying weight loads - often very extreme but short moments of high stress (your body weight multiplied by at least as much as five times). To be sure, these straps use the same sewing stitches, patterns and shapes as professional climbing gear does. So, rest assured that the safety of your life is protected with these very high quality straps and carabiners. Beyond these aspects, aesthetically they are simply pleasing to the eye and seem to 'lure you into them' !Enjoy.

These gymnastic rings are comfortable and I have not experienced any pain in my hands or wrists that is typically associated with traditional pull-up bards and dip stations. The rings and straps support the abuse of me doing hundreds of reps on them at 175 pounds with no signs of straining, wear, or tear. Once I understood how to set it up and use it properly, it is a breeze changing the heights for various exercises using the carabiners. It took around 20 minutes to wrap the rings, set up the straps, and adjust them so I could do my exercise comfortably. What I wish I knew before set-up: The instructions were easy to follow, but I do recommend watching a professionally made video on how to set up gymnastic rings like this one. Take time to space them close enough for support and to mitigate shaking, but far enough to avoid rubbing arms with the straps. This is also helpful for permanent set up since you want to get the spacing right before you tie any knots. I prefer to use the carabiners since I do different exercises that require different heights.I am ecstatic to have added this to my home gym at a fraction of the cost of traditional equipment.
