I bought these some time back for just starting out calisthenics and I thought they were exactly as I ordered! I'm no expert on this kind of equipment mind you. They are adjustable with a lot of slack so you can use a tree or pull up bar. They feel very sturdy as well, I weight about 190lb and the adjustment didn't slip for me. The rings themselves are very smooth, I was worried about splinters or something but I haven't had any problems!

Haven’t been able to use the rings yet because the kit only comes with ONE mounting/hanging bracket (really?). Though the rings themselves look to be of good quality, and the straps as well, I can’t give a proper review worth more than 2 stars because of their decision to include only 1 bracket in the kit instead of 2 necessary to hang them. Not being able to use them = not able to give them a proper review.

In the manufacturer's defense, only one ceiling mount is pictured, but their instructions say on page 4:"The ceiling mounts should be about one shoulder width apart. Place the two mounts on the ceiling or wall and mark the eight drilling points with a pencil"Notice "mounts", "place the two mounts" and "mark the eight drilling points" (each mount has 4 holes).So now I'm forced to buy another mount somewhere (or two if I want the mounts to match), or return this kit for a more complete one.Very frustrated - hopefully the manufacturer realizes the mistake and fixes this problem.

This is my 2nd pair of rings, my 1st brand being Rogue. I needed a 2nd pair to do partner work outs with my wife. Due to the huge price difference I decided to give this a try. I contacted the buyer to ask some questions since it was a new item on Amazon and buyer was quick to respond and communicate. Construction is solid, straps seem very durable and they do the same job as almost 3x more expensive ones then Rogue’s. The wooden handles are nice and smooth and I particularly enjoy the much longer straps then the Rogue ones. Highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

I set mine up on a tree branch, but they would be easy to install on a ceiling with the included mount. You don't need a tree branch that is perfectly parallel to the ground because the straps can be quickly adjusted, but you do need to space the rings shoulder width apart.The straps are ridiculously easy to figure out and very sturdy. The rings feel comfortable and you probably won't need the anti-slip tape to keep a firm grip. The straps even have measurement markings on them so you can test out different lengths.I've been using TRX bands and I can tell that these are a lot more versatile and challenging. Rings are worth it for dips alone! One day I'll be able to do a front lever on these.

I installed the gymnastic rings in my garage and I’m really happy with them. The rings are comfortable and of high quality. The grip feels really good. I’m looking forward to change up my workout routine!
