Very handy and sharp, stronger than some, won't bend easily, bigger serrations. I used it for serious weeding in Hawaii, cutting banana leaves, edging etc. Great for the jungle!

Love these little pruning scythes. One movement and most palm and other leaves/fronds are toast. Works best on soft material. Love it for trimming my bird of paradise and crinum lilies.

I have a perennial garden that needs cleaning each fall. I used to use a pair of clippers to clean. With the recommendation from my sister, this sickle cuts the time in half if not more. It is sharp and easy to get the job done. It is comfortable and light to hold.

This thing is so basic, but so useful. It is nicely built and works like magic at cutting your landscaping issues. Super high quality build. I lost my last one in the yard debris bin and had to get a replacement right away. I use this more than most of my other yard tools.

I'm in Florida and I have vacant lots to either side of the property so I have issues with vines encroaching on the fence. Got this little darling to help cut them back.Positives: Wicked sharp teeth and the angle of the blade makes slicing through small and medium sized vines a breeze. Very maneuverable with its small size and light weight. Also works great on grasses.Cons: It isn't going to be durable. I'd rather buy a new one at this price point than try and sharpen this blade when it gets dull and the way the blade is fitted into the haft doesn't seem like it will handle a lot of stress.That being said I'm happy with the purchase and will gladly buy another when this one breaks or wears out.I've used it for about two hours and already feel like I've gotten value for my dollar.

This handle is made very well and alittle longer than most. I have liked the blade, though I have had better. Wish I saved the info of the first one i bought, but I have bought and returned worse. You will like it and does the job but not sure over time if it will hold up.
