I went through 2 before buying this one, sturdy, easy to use, locks quickly great value. I really do recommend this. There was an attempt to steal my car and the thieves couldn't take it because of this lock. My car alarm didn't go off. I work up to my window busted out..But still have my car

My car was stolen by the infamous Kia Boyz and my steering wheel/ key column was ripped and busted off leaving my car vulnerable. I needed something better than a a steering wheel club because they were easily able to be messed with and removed .. but not this! The special key that comes with is is what makes it steal proof unable to be jimmied with. I lock my car up with peace now until I can fix the column get it you will not regret it !

The package came partially opened and a black part that wraps around gear sfifter is off doesn’t stay on, I needed this so badly because of attempted thief of my car already so not sure what to do, may try to glue it on, I’m just not sure If I should continue to order such items or go to in stores

Works exactly how it’s supposed to. This Barely and I mean barely fits into place on my car. I wish they made more flexible version for manual cars. While I doubt this would prevent a skilled lock picker, or even blunt force, it serves as a visual deterrent and will slow them down at the least. I recently got my car stolen and had I had about 30 more seconds I would’ve seen it happening before they drove away. Yes there’s no way to stop someone who really wants your car with just a lock, but you can help deter them, and make it as hard as possible for them.

The quality is very cheap and I was able to take it off very easily while it was in its “locked” position. This does not work well for stick shift cars
