The hardware to afix the handle should be incuded....and not screws.....you need small nuts and bolts to afix this properly

Easily installed on Gibson acoustic guitar case. You will have to purchase some #6 machine screws and nuts. Took me all of 15 minutes to install the new handle!

Received a black Fender molded plastic case with no handle attached with a used guitar I bought online from Guitar Center. The case is curved where the handle was placed, so this handle fit not quite perfectly, but well enough to work on the case. Had to drill out old rivets and use some small screws, nuts and washers to attach the handle securely. The holes on the handle brackets lined up well with existing holes on the case from previous handle. Overall, very pleased with this handle as a great, quality, inexpensive replacement to make the case fully functional again. I think the handle would also be perfect for a rectangular shape guitar case with a flat surface where handle is located/attached. Very recommended and much cheaper (with a little work) than buying a new case.

Popped the broken latch off with a screw driver, lined up the holes and riveted them in. Took ten minutes, tops

My guitar case broke and thanks to Amazon I got a handle on the situation pronto. Whew!! When my old handle broke the case started sliding down the stairs and I tried to grab it and I slipped down the stairs and my shoes fell off. I bet that won't happen again!

This was a direct replacement for the handle from my MusicMan bass case. I chose to remove the pins at the base of the handle and reuse the connection point that was already on my case. It took a little effort to bend the pins but I felt it was much easier than pealing out all the cushioning inside the case.
