Looks like a great tool unfortunately I thought it would be the one that does work for the industrial version but it’s not for the square drive they need to have it on her but I had to go to Foredom directly to get this product I hope this saves someone time and headache foredom makes great products

Not only was the first item I got covered in water in rust but the replacement unit that was sent to me was in the exact same condition. Be prepared to receive something that is worthless.

Like the smooth bearings in the hand piece. Much easier to use for hours at a time. Doesn’t seem to get hot and vibrate like Dremel hand pieces do.If you’re buying Foredom you’re getting what you’re paying for.

As a woodcarver for almost 50 years having purchased many tools over the years, I am always looking for ways to save money. When I decided to get into power carving, I looked for a flex-shaft grinder. Foredom is the leading name but I also looked at and purchased the grinder from Harbor Freight for way less money. The only issue is the handpiece is a very basic one that uses a T-wrench to tighten the burrs and while using it you have to be careful not to touch the gear as it is turning. So I purchased this Foredom handpiece that does not have the gear spinning and allows you to hold the unit closer for fine detail.

I'm very pleased with this flex shaft handpiece. Fits good on my HF rotary flex shaft grinder. It's not as bulk as the HF one, and gives me good control. Works great. Smooth, and quiet compared to my HF one. Quality bearing, and doesn't get to hot with extended use.
