The funeral home does not supply this if you buy an urn that is not engravable which does not make any sense to me but they pointed me towards Amazon and I found exactly what I needed. It's beautiful!

My husband always seemed to put me on a pedestal, so in death I decided to return the favor. It's been so rough since the girls and I lost our Joey to an untimely and out-of-the-blue heart attack. Adjusting to life without his larger-than-life personality proves to be overwhelming, the house seems so quiet and empty now. I take slight solace in having his cremains nearby. I talk to him daily, if not multiple times per day. I was disappointed that his urn could not be engraved so I wanted a personalized pendant to hang on the front. However, I was afraid a pendant just wouldn't look right on top of the Arkansas Razorback decorating the urn. So I picked the pedestal instead, which I think turned out to be a great choice. I wasn't impressed with the glossy photo on Amazon; the walnut pedestal looked plastic to me in the sample picture. But I took a chance and ordered it and I think it looks amazingly beautiful in real life. Communication with Mainely Urns was top-notch. The manufacturer is absolutely committed to getting these items right and satisfying their customers. I went with the gold nameplate because Joe was particular with his Razorback gear not containing black (I thought the black nameplate would've looked best), and although I would've preferred silver, I knew he would've wanted the gold. And it was the right choice for me; it looks lovely. I placed this order in the evening of July 21st and it arrived on July 29th, so I am quite pleased with the timeliness of the order fulfillment. I recommend Mainely Urns to anyone looking for beautiful, well-crafted, and speedy tributes to lost loved ones.
