I was trying to look for a more compact version of a downspout for my hand shower connection to go with my small bathroom renovation and this product looks to fit that description. However when I install it it was too big for the width. For the price is very expensive just fine the inside mechanism is brass and you have to install it very specific depth which is very painful process keep measuring constantly to make sure that you have enough room once the cap is covered on top of the tile. I suggest you save yourself the headache and get more of their universal fit from the Big box store to install if you want a more compact downspout for your shower handle.

I was ordering at a plumbing supply store which was literally robbing me so decided to check Amazon. I ordered what I needed. Got it fast and paid less.

This coordinates with a few different Grohe products. It's a pretty nice unit, all-inclusive, and not at a bad pricepoint. Recommended.

This box is for concealing the connection to your handheld sprayer. It looks awesome, works beautifully, and is available in a number of finishes to match your Grohe fixtures. That said, it's up to you to decide if you want to pay $90 for that luxury.

This wall outlet is available in most of hansgrohe's finishes including the newer 'matte white'.It is a simple and clean design that matches up nicely to most of the different series hansgrohe offers. It is all metal and feels high quality. It attaches to 1/2" NTP male pipe that needs to stick out past the finished surface about 5/8". It is only for the outlet and a matching hose will need to be purchased separately. These can be used with other manufacturer's fixtures but the finish may not be exactly the same in appearance.Excellent German engineering and quality . 5 stars.

If you live in the cult of hansgrohe and have a devotion to hansgrohe's excellent plumbing fixtures, I can imagine you wanting one of these to cover the connection between your handshower's hose and the supply line at your shower wall. But you still have to be deep into the cult for it to be worth spending eighty dollars on...I like hansgrohe, but this is ridiculously priced for what it is. What is it? First, it's a matte black ABS plastic box to conceal the connection between the nipple that goes through your shower wall and the hose to your hand shower. Second, it includes a chromed elbow with a filter inside to take the nipple coming through the wall and turn it ninety degrees. Third there's a rubber gasket that sticks in the back of the plastic box by friction to hold it to the plumbing supply lines.Look at the pictures I've included to see the entire fixture. It's nice, but I don't believe it's worth $80.
