I bought these to isolate vibration on a record player. The vibration from the speakers was causing both audio feedback and record skipping. When these showed up, I was surprised to see that they are pretty much just rock-hard rubber and have pretty much no sound/vibration damping properties. I did, however, find the perfect product to eliminate vibrations... Mr. Clean magic erasers!! Yep, those white foam cleaning pads you have under your kitchen sink.I listened to the same record at the same volume with this product, compared to the magic erasers. With this product, I could physically feel the record player vibrating. With the magic erasers, I couldn't feel any vibration. I will be returning these, since they are useless for my application. In the meantime, I 3D printed some black rings, and cut the magic erasers to fit inside the 3D printed rings. That way, I get the softness of the magic erasers, but not the ugly look of 4 white sponges under my record player.

I bought these with the intent to use them to quiet down a high-speed Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer. When I ran the 3D printer at its higher speeds it would shake the entire IKEA table I had it set on, AND you could feel it thru the floor into your own chair. These aren't as heavy as say an AC unit or a treadmill, but they're a decently heavy weight.One issue I did see with these is that they're not all exactly the same color, but honestly who cares? It's not a vase or a prized award I'll be showing off to people - but, it does highlight an inconsistency either in the manufacturing process or the batching procedure. Also, a corner of the rubber on one of the pads wasn't glued all the way to the edge. Essentially, it was falling apart before it even got into my hands... Not a game-ender, but certainly not 100% optimal. You pay for the product with hard-earned money and you expect to get a good and decent intact product. It'll do the job.And yes, they do have an odor. A strong one, if you're holding it in your hands you'll notice it... It just smells like a tire shop... But, I sit right next to my 3D printer, where I have these mounted under it, and I can't smell them.9/10 - Not gonna take a whole star off for a loose flappy corner and some discoloration.

Was looking for absorption of vibration & a more secure balance of my turntable/record player. I found what I was looking for, but they were on the expensive side..... I came across these & thought ..... if they are designed for heavy machinery/appliances, they should be more than enough for what I needed. Yes! The price was less and I have them on the feet of my turntable & they work perfectly!
