This feature allows you to quickly attach the included 4/0 Razor Series EWG Hooks, or any other size/style hook to swiftly adapt to the fishing situation at hand. Dual Swivel Design - Maximum Action
Harmony's Punch Shot Rigs feature swivels on both the line-tie and the weight leader wire. The line-tie swivel eliminates line-twist The equally important weight leader wire swivel allows your hook and attached soft plastic bait complete freedom to rotate in even the lightest current or twitches of your rod.
This maximizes the action of your bait while in the strike zone and increases hook-up ratio by allowing the hook to effortlessly turn into position during hooksets.
Superior to off-brand imitation rigs
- Harmony's Punch Shot Rigs include a larger, tougher split ring (0.25" ID, 80lb Test) fitting a larger variety of hooks and ensuring your rig doesn't fail when landing a big fish.
- Harmony's Low-Profile Drop-Wire swivel is a key component in enabling this rig to be used in heavy vegetation. Compared to wire wrapped/tied to standard swivels, the Low-Profile Drop-Wire Swivel on Harmony's Punch Shot Rigs comes through cover cleaner every time.
- Harmony's black nickel coating keeps your rig stealthy and prevents corrosion. Cheaper uncoated metal rigs are more obvious to fish and rust when exposed to moisture.
Customizable Weight Leader Wire Length
The included 3.5 inch weight leader wire can be trimmed to the desired length before your weight is installed. Once trimmed, simply slip any thru-hole weight onto the wire and bend the bottom of the wire 90 degrees to secure the weight onto the wire. To change your weight, simply bend the wire straight, replace the weight, and bend it again to lock on the new weight.
Use a longer wire when fishing soft bottom to keep your bait above the silt. Trim down the leader when punching through grass for a more compact rig. However you want to fish it, Harmony's Punch Shot Rig has you covered.
Punch Shot Rig Weight Orientation
Harmony's Punch Shot Rig allows you to choose the best weight orientation for your fishing:
- Weight Pointed Up: Better for rolling over rocks, stumps, and other bottom cover.
- Weight Pointed Down: Better for penetrating grass and thick vegetation
- Double Weight: Combines the advantages of upward/downward facing weights. Additional attracting power of the weights clicking together every time the rig is twitched or moved.

The Punch Shot Rig can be fished in limitless fishing scenarios, including (but not limited to):
Laydowns, Shallow Cover, and Grass/Lily Pad Edges
Pitch the Punch Shot Rig into shallow cover like laydowns, similar to a jig. The punch shot has the additional benefit of being able to twitch in place to entice even the most stubborn bass. Flip the Punch Shot rig into holes in thick grass or pads, and drag/hop it along the edges of these types of vegetation.
Rip-Rap Banks, Points, and Shallow Flats
Use the Punch Shot Rig along rip-rap banks, long tapering points, and shallow flats. The versatility of this rig allows you to hop it along with a lighter weight, or attach a heavier weight to quickly reel it along the bottom to search for fish on vast hard bottomed flats.
Dock Pilings, Seawalls, Bulkheads, and Other Hard Cover
Combine the efficiency of a jig and subtle twitches of a dropshot to fish hard cover areas like docks, pilings, seawalls, bulkheads, and more like never before. Pitch or flip the Punch Shot up against these pieces of cover and gently twitch your line while keeping the weight on the bottom to shake the bait in place. Drag it up to the next piece of cover and repeat, but be ready to set the hook!

Don't like to bad mouth anyone,but 2 of the swivels that connect the wire to the split ring broke the first trip out so I'm giving them 3 stars.

Have caught many fish so far with this setup. Works great and gives a different look and presentation to a variety of soft plastic baits. I've mostly used it with a speed crawfish, fishing it with a slow retrieve while twitching or small jerks. I was surprised at well it performed in brush structure. I was afraid it might get hung/tangled, but I've been pleased.

These are a little pricey but you know the story...."I'm going to make these things and sell them on Amazon", you say. Then after a few weeks you say, "I'm going to at least make me a few of these rigs and see how they do". Then after a few more weeks, there you are, with no punchshot rigs to use, and someone that actually motivated themselves to make them offer it to you. At this point, I feel they deserve a few extra bucks for doing what you didn't!The only reason it is missing the 5th star though is the seller could at least assemble some of this, maybe have one with a weight and everything! That is why we consider paying more for such things.

Couldn’t find Tokyo rigs at any local stores. Glad I found them here! Delivered in a reasonable time. Hooks that came with them are okay. I’ll probably use them till the hooks dull than switch to something else.Also had one break while attaching the hooks to the split rings. Make sure you have split ring pliers for these as attaching the hooks is a little tedious.

I have not had a chance to fish with it yet but like what I see. I put them together and it only took a few minutes to do with split ring pliers. You need to pay attention to make sure you put the hook on the correct way. I can see how if you were doing it fast you could put it on upside down. The pictures I have seen have the weight with the bullet down but I put the bullet up so it would drag across rocks and logs easier. I included a tungsten weight here but a lead weight could also work. Even though any soft plastic could be rigged Texas style, I thought a Yum craw would work well.
