About this item

  • LARGE CAPACITY: Easy to fill with an extra-large opening at the top, good large size that holds plenty of hay, saving time and effort to refill the bag over and over.
  • GRID-OPENING TO CONTROL FEEDING SPEED: A large grid-opening is designed on the side to make the hay easily accessible for horses, which is also a slow feed design that helps reduce wastage.
  • ADJUSTABLE STRAP FOR SOLID HANGING: Comes with a sturdy hanging strap on top which makes it easy to hang anywhere, whether it's in stables, trailers, or on fences; easily adjusted.
  • NICELY COATED OUTER: Made of a nicely coated material that is hard-wearing and long-lasting to handle the vigor of young horses.
  • BRILLIANT ITEM: A hay bag is very necessary to have as it helps ease waste by keeping hay contained and off the ground, making the stable tidied up, and for people on the go, this bag is a must for convenience.

I found that the bag spins easily, when hung. Since it is only open on one side, the open side winds up against the wall. A fix for this, is to add two magnets on the inside of the bag, which keeps it from spinning, when I use it with my steel trailer. Other than that, I am very happy.

The horses made short work of these bags. Stitching didn't hold.

This is a really nice hay bag; however, I bought it for an outdoor area that gets wet if it rains hard. The bag was soaked after one good Florida summer rainstorm. I think if your looking for a water resistant bag, this is a great bag but not waterproof.
