It has a manual switch only, with no way to control it with a remote or Bluetooth.

If you provide a device that needs power you should have a usb and adapter in the package.

The switch functionality works as advertised for the HDMI 2.1 4K 120fps model.However it does require external power to work despite being advertised as not being required.Not a big deal in itself just a little frustrating since it’s advertised as such.Also my Apple TV does not power down my tv when connected through this device any longer which is a bit inconvenient.

I have a little pocket PC which I need to run out to two HDMI monitors, but only one HDMI port. HDMI-to-USB wasn't cutting the mustard with the elementary os I opted to install, but this HDMI output switcher does the trick—even if it's a bit bare bones.Pros: Works out of the box, though its scant instructions didn't initially suggest as such. There is a micro-USB port on this splitter which turns out not to be necessary—at least when using one input and two outputs. I have yet to use this as a splitter for multiple inputs because I already have a dedicated unit for that.Cons: Again, the instructions are light, at best. There is also NO cord of any kind included, be it micro-USB or HDMI. The only item included is this single splitter. So if this doesn't work, that's seemingly on you, as there aren't any reliable troubleshooting steps included.In short, thankfully this works—if a bit lightweight in simple binary toggling between HDMI outputs/monitors. Your mileage may vary.
