First of all, the headphones are very-very decent. I use them at work for meetings. My favorite feature is the muting the microphone when I raise it up :)And separate appreciation to the EKSA customer service. It is just brilliant: very prompt and efficient. I was vert surprised how fast I received the reply. Just great!

Packaging sympa (très chouette étui de rangement), appairage aisé à l'ordinateur. Son de qualité lors des appels, discussions claires, pas de craquements, rien, c'est nickel. Les écouteurs englobent bien l'oreille, on sent qu'on va pouvoir porter le casque toute une journée sans avoir mal aux oreilles. Ce casque n'a à mon humble avis rien à envier aux grandes marques. Pleinement satisfait de cet achat.

When I first started using the headset it was good as far as feel and lightweight. I was not very thrilled about the recorded sound (I also do a Podcast) so my voice booms over my guests. I purchased some mic covers to at least try to manage the sound; it helped a little.Other than that the headphones are good and do cancel surrounding sound.

I put off getting work headphones because the others I tried were uncomfortable. These headphones are comfortable and can stay out without issues for me long meetings. If I want to go on mute, I can lift the microphone straight up. When I bought them, I didn’t realize they were corded. I wish they were wireless but that’s on me.

Das Noise canceling ist nur für das Mikrofon und blendet Nebengeräusche für den Gesprächspartner aus. Die Wirkung ist ganz gut für diese Preisklasse. Wunder darf man aber nicht erwarten.Ich bin begeistert von der Möglichkeit PC u. Telefon gleichzeitig zu koppeln. Das Dongle verbindet sich problemlos mit dem Headset, Kopplung mit Telefon auch problemlos.Sprachqualität ist gut, Musik ist für die Preisklasse entsprechend. Man darf hier nicht die Qualität von Bose, JBL,Sennheiser, oder Sony erwarten. Dafür ist das Headset aber auch deutlich preiswerter.Ideal für Videocalls am Rechner, nebenbei Musikhören und auch Telefonate mit dem Handy ohne umschalten zu führen.Tragekomfort ist ok.Einziges Manko ist, dass sich das Headset beim Laden ausschaltet.Insgesamt ein rundes Paket für die Preisklasse mit Funktionen die auch funktionieren.

I purchased this for call center work from home. Everyone says they can't hear me, which makes the unit useless for the application for which it was bought. It is very comfortable and the audio from the headset speaker is very good. But without a good microphone I can't use this.

Comfortable on the ears is the most important part for me. I also like the mic is auto muted when lifted up. I don't like that it says "microphone on" or "microphone off" every time. It interrupts over the speaker and is pretty sensitive when I lift the mic.
