We got this winter jacket for our kid. The weather got cold enough for her to use this jacket over the past few week, some observations from our use -- The jacket is a puffer design with 2 waterproof side zippers and a detachable hood. The sleeves extend out allowing water to run off. The battery pack is connected via a USB-A port, you get two battery packs.- The heating system has worked really well for us. Our kid has used it outdoors at 25-30 degrees (bus stop, etc.) - in our use, having the heat set at medium for about 30 mins then switching to low or turning off completely works best. The battery pack does add some weight but once heated, it is easy enough to completely remove the pack.- Love the zipper design - especially the unzipping the lower zipper when you need to sit down with this jacket.- We've gone through a full week before needing to recharge the battery pack. Plus it can double as a charger in a pinch.Overall very happy with this jacket.

One battery quit working within 2 weeks. The second battery would work off and on the 3 weeks I had the coat. The coat held in a lot of sweat. It is lightweight and I liked the color, but that was about it.

This is a great heated jacket that fits great and heats up quickly. It also comes with two batteries, extending the duration if needed. Also, it has a double zipper which is handing when sitting as you can unzip the coat from the bottom for more range of motion. The only nitpicks I have are that the zippers are very lightweight for a coat. I feel like they can jam easily, and they are hard to grab. Also, the outer material is very light weight. So much so that it did tear at one of the pockets. Luckily, I am handy with a sewing needle and was able to repair it. Lastly, the buttons to operate the heat are on the inside. This is more a personal opinion. Some people may prefer the lighted buttons on the inside. Overall, it is a decent coat for the price.

This heated jacket has a sporty look and feel. I love that it looks like a regular long puffer jacket unless you notice the buttons on the front. It is comfortable to wear with or without the heating function and is a nice, multi-purpose jacket for any outdoor activity. The jacket has a sleek look and fit. I love that this jacket provides several heated panels. There are 2 on the front and 5 on the back. There are 2 buttons on the front of the jacket. You will pick red/blue/white for high/medium/low heat and the 2nd button will turn on/off the heat. This jacket focuses more on keeping your core warm and there are no heated panels on the lower back or arms.The jacket comes with a battery pack, but you can use any battery pack you have with a USB port. Just charge the battery, plug it into the jacket and push the button on the front lapel to turn the jacket on. The battery only lasts a few hours if you have the heat on high with all of the panels on. I find the high setting too warm and prefer the low setting if I am moving around a lot. If I am standing and watching a show, the medium setting works well for me. On the low setting, I am not sure how long the battery lasts as I have never run out of power as of yet. If you are planning on using the charger to heat your jacket and charge your phone, you may run out a lot sooner. There are slots to heat your jacket and charge your phone at the same time, which is a nice touch.There are wires inside the jacket that run through the lining. You will need to make sure you remove this jacket to pass through any metal detectors. There are some zippers and drawstrings to make the jacket fit according to your own personal style. I find these heated jackets run a little small, especially since I typically have a sweater or heavier shirt on underneath. I recommend sizing up 1 - 2 sizes from your normal size depending on your fit preference.
