It is a gift for my friend, he used it for a while and found it very useful. When his shoulder was uncomfortable, he would use it, and it was very effective.

So this did not relieve the pain I was feeling in my shoulder, which is fine, but also means I'm not sure if I can give this a fully "accurate" review. There was a lot to like here; after figuring out how to put it on it was quite simple and comfortable, and the detachable battery pack is a great feature for cleaning and general use. The shoulder sleeve has the same reflective material you'd find in a "sauna jacket," so the heat should stay in for extended wearing sessions, and the vibrations were strong, although very "targeted," and not as all-encompassing as I'd have liked (you can clearly feel the 2 motors that create them.) My biggest complaint might have been solved if I had worn this for over 10 minutes, but I confess I did give up after a while: the heat dissipation. The heat is incredibly targeted at the top of the shoulder, and during my wearing never really spread out throughout the sleeve. As stated this might have happened if I wore it longer than 10 minutes, but I had other things to do and wasn't really getting anything out of it, so I gave up. It did get very hot to be fair, but never really left the top of the shoulder where it was centered. Overall I think this is the kind of device that will work really well for certain cases, but not so much for others. This is probably a 5/5 for those it works for, but for me its a 4/5 at best, and could even be a 3/5 given the right mindset.

This is an honest review from a real person. I didn’t pay for the item, so I will only comment on the apparent quality and utility, not on the value. Prices fluctuate regularly and I always recommend shopping around and comparing what’s available to get your best deal on the date you decide to buy.The shoulder wrap has heat and vibration to help with shoulder pain. It has 6 heat levels, so you’ll have some range of warmth. It also has 3 vibration settings. The adjustable straps make it easy to fit both my wife and I (two different sized people). It's cordless, so that’s one less thing to worry about. You can move around a bit while using it if needed. The issue is, it’s a pain to put on by yourself, especially if your unable to use the full range of motion in your shoulder. The cross-straps Velcro setup is a hassle for me when my shoulder is stiff and hurting.The charge doesn’t last long enough for me if I’m using high heat and vibration, maybe 25 minutes tops.3 stars.I rate products according to the following scale:1 Star: Do not buy. Very poor quality, functionality, or other issues.2 Stars: Do not buy. Not as bad as a 1 Star, but it still has major downsides.3 Stars: There are some issues as described in my review. I would have rated this a bit lower because it really depends on how you wear it in regard to the effectiveness of the heat and massage. However, when you are laying down on a couch or a bed, it feels fantastic and soothing. I am a former professional football player and amateur baseball player. Well past my prime but in my 40's the aches and pains of many hard hits are still felt.The first thing I noticed about this is how hard it was to figure out how to put on. Surely there must have been a better design than a series of connecting cross body straps. Once you figure out how to put it on, the shoulder area keeps sliding down and needing to be adjusted. This doesn't happen when you are laying down or sitting ... but I had hoped to walk around while wearing this. It also smells a bit funky, like a strange rubber smell.Lots of pro QB's and pitchers have cross body warming devices for their arms and shoulders. This one certainly favors ameteurs vs. pros but it is quite relaxing, especially when heat and massage are used. There are 4 massage combinations ... all are made with buzzing vibration. It can be a bit loud with the buzzing to watch tv while this is on. It can also tickle your ears a bit.The heat works really well. It gives you a nice warm constant heat that warms you up on a chilly night or soothes a sore arm. Baseball pitchers take note. The shoulder isn't fully surrounded ... but just enough is to make it feel nice. The bicep area doesn't get aw warm as the shoulder area and those with bigger arms might find the bottom strap a bit tight. Smaller folks might find the bottom (longer) strap too long.Overall, this seems very well made. My nitpicking would say that it is a bit hard for a person to put this on by themselves given threading the straps through the openings with one hand is tough. Also, the control panel is not very intuitive ... its impossible to see the buttons to adjust, etc. while you are wearing this. You have to adjust the buttons in front of a mirror, or just poke around. The massage has 4 settings and the heat can be controlled by degrees. It says up to 140.For athletes or people with shoulder problems, this will be a very welcome addition. Its apso nice to soothe and relax you. The battery is rechargeable and lasts a long time ... at least an hour, depending on the levels of heat and massage. It recharges from 0% in about 40 minutes to an hour. I hope my pictures and honest review after actually using the product was helpful to you.
