I need to store the hose in front of my house and need a long hose to water items at the street. I love stainless hose’s because of their light weight, flexibility, and non kinking attributes. This seemed like the perfect solution. However I have only used the item one time and have encountered three problems.> The handle is loose and there is no way to tighten it. This makes winding the hose back up quite difficult.> With the first use the paint is scraped off by the metal hose rubbing against it as you are winding it in. This happened although I had only extended the hose about 25 feet. The metal where the paint was is already starting to rust.> There is a small leak somewhere in the hose or connection. The concrete block gets wet as soon as you turn the water on.The item is fairly priced if it was a quality product, but not for what you get. I do not recommend it.

It did require some extra tightening of screws and a little assembly. I like that it swivels! The handle to rewind the hose seems flimsy to me. I am an 80 yr old woman so I’m not Brutus. The hose alone is pretty heavy (I’ve had metal hoses before and love them).It comes with the hanger for wall attachment but I did not want it attached. The sprayer did leak a bit not at hose attachment.

Needed a front yard garden hose reel, with enough hose and retractable with a feed return to insure the hose returned without tangeling up, TADA!

After many years of using the traditional rubber hose, I was came across this product. It was a little pricey for how small the hose and the mount is, I bought it anyway. While watering my trees, I was so happy that the hose did not kink!!!! and the mount swivel. I didn`t have to stop to pull on the hose ( it`s those little things in life) that makes me happy. I love this product and will never go back to the traditional hose and wall mount. Love it!!!!!
