Taking stretching sizes 1mm at a time is ideal for any stretched piercing, but especially for cartlidge! There is no amount of time between stretches that will make my cartlidge ready for a 1/8 of an inch jump at a time -- not even years later, so smaller increments are absolutely crucial for stetching those types, I am wearing the 9mm now in my nostrils, that's between 0g and 00g, sizes like this are rare from USA suppliers and retailers, especially for such low cost. 5 stars!

I’ve never had an issue with metals or gauging/etc but these after a day turned my ear holes BLACK! Quality was alright I guess but I was less than impressed and threw these out after a day of wearing them

Low quality product. All four pieces (2 front/2 back) of these earrings had a small area that was missing the black anodized coating.

I have sensitive ears, and these tunnels are great. I have been wearing them for several days already and no adverse reaction. I am glad I found a in between 9mm size while I am going from 0g to 00g. I had previously bought another pair, that is not screw in (single flare with o-rings) but I like the secureness of the screw backs much better. I am wearing them with 14g seamless hoops and old dangle earrings.These are great for the price and I am more than happy with my purchase.
