This product keeps hot beverages perfectly hot for events! We brewed herbal teas for a function and were very pleased at how long the beverages stayed at piping hot temps. The pots disassemble for easy cleaning.Unfortunately, while washing the pot, the insert that holds the tube was dropped and it broke upon impact, so, now we need to find replacement parts. If the insert part with the tube would have survived the fall without breaking, I would have given the products 5 stars. Otherwise this is a solid purchase that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

If I make two pots of coffee, one of those pots will go to waste because it doesn't have enough suction to get it up and out. Bad design. Not worth it.

We bought 3 of these dispensers in October and we've used them about 25x since then. They worked well until the tube part that goes in the middle broke on us. It's a small part that we'd be fine to pay for as a replacement. The dispenser unit itself is perfectly fine, but will not work without the tube. This part probably costs $5-10, but Heritage 66 nor Amazon offers a way to order this new part. There's actually no way for you to contact Heritage 66 even though they state they are a family-owned company based in Chicago. You will find no contact information for them online. So, the only way for us to get a working dispenser is to order a new one at full price instead of being able to order one simple part. This is a ridiculous business model and as a small business, we will never order products from Heritage 66 again.

Great product I bought to store mulled wine for a party. The wine was still warm this next morning! The contact parts (carafe and tubing) are stainless steel and not plastic, which I love.

I served hot spiced cider and it stayed hot for hours. I love the non-glass interior, extra large capacity, removable lid, and large opening - my hand fits inside so cleaning is a breeze. Well designed. The pumping seems a little stiff, but I still recommend this airpot.

I purchased "2" of these for a fellowship meal I provided after a memorial service. I used one for coffee and the other for hot water and they had their choice of cocoa and cider packets. I put hot tap water in them to get the cylinders ready while I made coffee and boiled water. They worked out PERFECTLY and were worth every penny!! I was curious how hot the water would stay and after 48 hrs, it was still very warm. The do have a swivel bottom, which I didn't catch before buying them, I wasn't sure if that would be safe trying to pump hot fluid out while the canister would be moving around, but it ended up not being an issue at all. I also had to cart these from my home and back and they did not leak at all during that time. Overall a great purchase, would highly recommend!!
