This came with the O ring seals so I didn't have to try and find them. But It did not come with a drain plug crush washer. I have used HiFlo for years in other bikes. Quality filter.

Clean junctions on both metal plates, nice uniform pleating on the filter surfaces, and good quality O-rings.

Some are just cheap and paper thin, I found these to be good quality. I will always use them now.

Just wanted to let you know, for some reason on Amazon it said this filter wouldn't fit my bike a 99kawasaki zrx1100. It fit and works. Even on the box has a list of ome parts numbers, it was the same to mine PN: 16099-003
