Generally this is a great product with lots of stuff my picky bird loves. However, the last batch seems to be mostly little seeds that Spike doesn't like. I'm hoping that this was just a bad batch, because a bird food that he really likes is hard to find.

My birds love the Higgins and I switched from nutraberries which are outrageously expensive if you feed it daily.

Another brand of seed mix our budgies loved became unavailable putting us in panic mode because they wouldn't eat any others... it took awhile but we found this one. It smells like a nutty fruit bar when we open them. We buy on a schedule, purchasing extra when we can. We put the seed in dark colored, airtight Mason jars to keep them fresh. Find them on Amazon as well! Thank you Higgins for the best budgie food ever!
