When I first started out tech diving (maybe 5 years ago), used to see a lot of regular-sized SPGs on short hoses (similar to side-mount) that were then bungee’d to the tank. This Highland Mini gauge, is a huge improvement over dealing with those goofy dongles. Depending on the arrangement of ports on your first stage, you can probably keep an eye on gas with a minor shift/rotate of the deco bottle. Never had any issues with any Highland gear.The numbers *could* be a bit larger, but that’s a fairly minor nitpick. Once you’ve read it a few times you’re only looking at the position of the needle anyway.

This pressure gauge very clearly does NOT fit into the high pressure port of a regulator first stage, nor was any adapter included.

This pony SPG is about the same size as any button SPG. The face is much easier to read and get an accurate psi reading. It's easy to estimate down to the 100 psi level.
