I've used this firewood carrier almost every day since purchasing it.... construction is strong enough to carry a heavy load of hardwood splits and light enough to be folded into a small package if you want to store it. The zippered sides are great for allowing even more room if you are moving longer splits or long natural uncut pieces. As it is, a full load of splits over the shoulders is doable, but the straps are just 2 or 3 inches short for a really comfortable carry. What would make this perfect is if it had a pocket on the side large enough for gloves or a small axe. There is a pocket, but it feels tiny and useless. overall, great product! I just bought 3 more!

We use this daily for firewood for the house, is durable and works great. Great quality.

Fits normal log size and prevents spillage. Removable ends if logs are longer. Adjustable strap. Hard part is lifting it from the ground to your shoulder, so start small or sit it on the woodpile.

We heat with only wood so we haul a LOT of wood into the house. This bag is huge and holds more than I can carry - best thing I've ever tried for carrying firewood. It's a beast, get you one!

I purchased this to replace a much smaller hammock style one. This one is far superior in every regard. My old one I was always worried about it tearing and having a bunch of wood fall on my feet. On top of that, the sides were open so there were always small pieces and dirt falling out when walking through the house.This one solves all of those problems. With the zippered sides it contains all of the little pieces and it seems super heavy duty. I can bring in much ore wood at a time with no worry that it's going to fall apart. I like how the straps wrap all the way around the carrier rather than just attaching to the top. This makes it much stronger.The only downside to this (albeit a very minor one) is that it arrived very wrinkly and will never look anything like the pictures. I don't mind at all because I'm using it function over style, but that may be of concern if you also want it to be presentable next to your fireplace.
