  • Can be used to measure physiological such as heart rate, pulse, respiration, and monitor physical phenomena such as vibration and shock.
  • How to Use: When pressure is applied to the of the piezoelectric film or the piezoelectric film is bent, an electrical is generated between the upper and lower electrode surfaces of the film. After the is drawn from the connecting terminal, the we need is obtained through the amplifier or voltage amplifier and the corresponding processor.
  • Flexible piezoelectric film sensor has wide frequency response range, large dynamic range, good flexibility, high biocompatibility.
  • This sensor come with thin thickness, light weight, high sensitivity, low acoustic impedance.
  • This is a high sensitivity polymer piezoelectric film sensor, composed of PET substrate, upper and lower electrodes, piezoelectric film layer and insulating protective layer.

It is always hard to write reviews on something like this because it is what it is and it works. So if you need this and you know how to use it, this one will work. Not sure what else you can really say. As you'd expect, it is super thin and it is pretty small which is a good thing if you are trying to secure it to something.

This Piezoelectric Film Sensor is very sensitive to either pressure or flexing. It releases a tiny electric current when flexed or pressure is applied, which can be hooked to a circuit of your choice. I used it to build a small but sensitive scale (along with an Arduino) and a touch-pad trigger. The uses are incredibly diverse. A very handy extra tool in my electronics bench.
