I'll be honest, I was trying to be cheap and decided to try this out but after setting up I quickly realized I got what I paid for. This thing moves while you are trying to use it and even lofts off the ground when trying to do hip thrusts using the bands. The bands do not offer much resistance and it using the machine is not only uncomfortable but will likely lead to injury. Just say no!

This was pretty easy to put together and I usually have a hard time with putting anything together. It took me like an hour alone to assemble it. I would recommend this for women who are my height, 5β3β, and shorter. Maybe someone a little taller than me. I let my boyfriend try it and it was too small for him. Even though I fit in it, it does feel a little unstable at times. It works for me, but it does have its flaws. I can get a good ab workout out of it.

I have been looking for ways to build muscle and work on my core at home and though this looked like a good tool to try.It went together relatively easily and I have had no problems using it. It's a decent machine for the money you're paying.

Great when using one band, but one band too light for results. Using two or more bands are uncomfortable on the hips and too tight. It's hard to get in and out of the bands. I do LOVE it for squats and deadlifts since I have bad knees, but that's all I use it for. I could've gotten a cheaper product for that.

Good workout but itβs not for tall people. Iβm 6β2 and I make it work regardless but the highest the pads go it only hits my mid calf vs behind the knee that the pic shows

I really like this for doing squats. Having my legs and ankles in steady and secure positions forced by the by pads really helps me get a deep strong squat without having to worry about ankle and knee stability so much. It really forces a good squat. Assembly was really easy and I like that you can adjust out the foot pad for hip thrust exercises. Great item to have in your gym if you sturggle with squats.

My gf had been using a different assisted squat exercise machine for awhile but she's not had a good way to do hip thrusts with weights or resistance other than using the edge of our bed, which has been uncomfortable for her. We were able to swap out that machine for this machine instead, which is even smaller and more compact, yet she now has access to the two main exercises that she cares about. It's heavy duty, and stupid easy to set up. I believe it took maybe...4-5 different steps and it was done. the machine itself is mostly set up out of the box, and you only need to screw on 2-3 pieces and flip over the platform. The setup experience alone is worth nothing because I hate spending loads of time setting up when it could've been done ahead of time.As for the functionality - I wish the feet stopper foam was adjustable in its height so that you can keep it a little more snug to your feet. The setup itself is fairly simple and the exercises are limited to assisted squats and hip thrusts. And if that's what you need, then I'd recommend this machine for sure!
