Simple to assemble. Two screws secure the tool, while the handle pieces screw together easily, allowing for length adjustment. The weight is ideal, and the material is sturdy.

This is the type of item that I find difficult to review. It was easy to assemble and feels fairly sturdy, but it's also easy to take apart and store. It's not too heavy, so I can use it easily. I like that the handle isn't wooden (as those usually splinter on me). So, right now, it's a functioning exactly as I'd expect.The problem is that I don't know how it'll wear over time. Will it rust after a year? Will it wear to the point of snapping from an accidental encounter with a large rock underground?I just don't know. I think, as of now, it's worth the price. It seems better than the cheap alternatives from Walmart. If I run into future problems, I will update.
