It's supposed to come with gaskets,as directions imply. They are not there, you have to wire it yourself. I have one that failed just like it, in a hurry to get heat I knew it would fit regardless the other failed on me as it was not very old. Now I'm still without heat, and have started return. For the money charged a few gaskets should be included.

I was pleasantly surprised at well this little pump works. It replaced an old B&G pump that I was quoted over $1000 to replace by a local heating company, crazy I know. Installation was a breeze less than 30 min. What surprises me the most is how quiet it is, nearly silent. When the other two way louder B&G’s go out we will look to replace them with one of these.

I purchased this pump as a replacement for the one in my wood burning outside furnance that burnt out. I'm no plumber or electrician, but I found the pump easy to connect the power cord to and install in my furnace. When I turned the power onto my pump it ran so quiet I wasn't sure it was working. Can't talk about the durability of the pump as I just installed it, but so far I am happy with the delivery and easy of installation.

1 year after installing a new heating system 2 of 4 of these pump seized just before the warrantee expired. They were replaced at no charge, but 2 years later all 4 seized. I was able to free 2 of them by pounding on the pump housing. Apparently this is a known failure mode for these pumps. When not used over the summer, the pump impeller seizes to the casing. At almost $100 a piece, I not too interested in using Honeywell pumps again.
