Just got these yesterday. I bought 2. I hooked up and it ran good for an hour. Then made loud noise and stopped working. I hooked up #2. It did the same thing. Took #1 apart and the wheel inside broke. I replaced it with the spare they gave me. Well #2 did the same thing, so I replaced that one too. End of the story is both pumps went through all spare parts in 4 hours and now I have 2 pumps that won't work...Worst ever...

Filled w/ ½Tablespoon of oil like instructed. Hoses hooked up, inlet hose in water and it immediately sparked, smoked and popped my gfci outlet. UPDATE...my 2nd pump came with mold and algae inside the impeller.

I bought this to transfer water from buckets to totes. I've used it a dozen times and it's worked very nice for the price!

This pump was a pleasant surprise--it had good reviews, but only a small number, so I didn't know what to expect. Heavy, with seemingly good workmanship on the pump, the included hose, and the vacuum foot.Others have commented that this pump is noisy, but it wasn't any noisier than similar pumps I have used (which were much more expensive). The only drawback was that it did get quite hot, to the point where I unplugged it and let it cool twice during draining my waterbed. Don't know if this was necessary, but it seemed like a sensible precaution.Worked fine for this application, though I'm not sure how it would hold up for a heavy, hours-long project.

Installed a new water heater and got this to drain the old one. SO much easier and faster than last time, when I had to rely on gravity. Worked exactly as was supposed to. Never had a problem with it whatsoever. Handy tool to have.

We needed to drain a tank at work and this worked great. It was faster than the first pump they tried, but not fast enough to drain a huge tank or pool. Worked to get what we needed done.

I hooked this pump up at my dock. I use it to pump lake water to a hose, which I use to rinse of my boat. The pump delivers about 5 to 6 gallons per minute. The pump is well constructed and comes with a couple of attachments, 2 spare gaskets and a replacement impeller. The add mentions using it to drain pools. Personally, I would not use this pump for that, since at 360 gph it would take a very long time. This pump is perfect for smaller jobs though, It can easily drain water from a boat cover or transfer liquid from one large container to another.I have used this pump about 15 times without issue now. It is not the quietest, but it gets the job done. I give this pump 5 out of 5 stars.

We got this to help with draining the lines of our RV and other small jobs that might arise. It seems fairly sturdy with a decent suction power. I would try to use this on a large job but it is great on smaller projects. Mine is a bit noisy but I think that is fairly normal for what it is.
