The Green “V” groove disc was designed to allow you to use both the face and the edge of the disc. When used on its face it becomes an abrasive disc that has a moderate aggressiveness. When used on its side the disc makes plunging or straight in cuts and is used for things such as scribing the hoof wall as a part of a hoof resection, cleaning out sand cracks and white line.
