They work. The strap thickness for all the clamps less that 29 mm in diameter is 8 mm, not 12 mm like most hose clamps that I have used in the past. The screw heads are also smaller. The diagrams in the product information are accurate, but I did not pick up on the smaller size.

We used these metal clips to fasten PVC pipe to fence posts to make a garden house for growing vegetables in our garden. They worked great and have lasted over a year. Cost was minimal and they were very easy to use.

I clamp 10 foot pieces of rebar to t-post to rig high fencing to protect my fruit trees. This is the exact right size for this without a lot of excess clamp metal left sticking out. The clamp themselves are nothing I would bet my life on as they fall apart or jam pretty easily but they work well enough for my purposes. I bought like 3 or 4 boxes of these.
