Item arrived with No DC plug and No battery charger... Basically unusable out the box.

Bought this because the hotdog 3.0 version I have does not work with my Zhiyun gimbal. The app is totally not updated to work with 3.0 version.Mine came missing the usb power cable and manual. Also the mounting knobs are missing they send hex screws instead. This seller does not respond at all. Don’t get from this seller.This se version is much lighter with a smaller motor and plastic ends. The app works much better for this version and I got it to interlink and function almost most of the time with the gimbal. There are still issues, the movement are not sync properly with the slider movement 100% of the time. Reason being this brand of gimbal have a long acceleration and deceleration period when used with the app. It don’t not do that as much when using the buttons on the motor. So the movement are not sync up at the start and end. If you use more than 2 points it will not work, it will go crazy….Also the Timelapse mode has a bug, I cannot use shutter speed different from the app, if I use faster speed than the app it will take 2 to 3 or perhaps more shots at each interval on my Nikon z6ii. This means that you can only use it for shots set to shutter speed 2secs or longer. It will not do that if I set the camera to video mode, but that means i can only take jpeg and not raw images.Well if you, think this is bad, try the 3.0 version and you will realized it is worst, cannot event set up the 2 points and start a movement sequence. Well the Timelapse move on the 3.0 version does work and take one images at each interval regardless of the shutter speed being faster that the interval settings.On the whole the Yi onion products hardware are pretty good but the software are so buggy and a huge disappointment.I tried both android and iOS apps they are not even consistent. Both very buggy.If you don’t need the interlink then it will work fine except for the Timelapse shutter issue.The motor are geared so it is almost silent even at max speed. Way better that the older 3.0 version.On this se version, the movement speed can be adjust when in interlink mode. Set it before you start the movement. On the hotdog 3.0 version speed is lock to 100% when using interlink mode.They have such an opportunity to dominate this market but totally screwed up the opportunity with their crappy app.

Its ok but not great! there is like no documentention or youtube videos on this product. I did find a manual in Chinese but not easy to work with and not user friendly.
