This was a perfect fit for my Hot Tub. I have a Heritage Hills hot tub, but all the controls are by Balboa, so this was a seamless install.So far, it is working great.I'm so glad it was so easy to install; I saved hundreds by doing it myself.

I ordered this heating element for my hot tub as it seems that the old one isn't working as well as it use to. This element matches up perfectly with the installation holes in my heater body and installed as expected. I decided to try the higher wattage to see if that might help with how long the element will last. I'm thinking that the higher wattage won't need to run as long to maintain the temperature and since its heating for short periods of time it won;t degrade as quickly. Also going to try to do a better job with pH balance as supposedly water chemistry is an important factor for longevity.

This heating element failed in under 3 months, tripping my gfci breaker and almost causing my hot tub to freeze. Do not consider buying this. My other element still worked after 10 years and didn't end up being my heating element, so it's nothing with hard water etc. This is just very poor quality and is going to cause me lots of extra work in the middle of winter due to failing so quickly

waste of money and well its freezing where i live so kinda upset but the tub didnt freeze i guess thats a plus installed a new one with 1000 reviews and its 104 again
