They work! And they're probably better in a regular pair of workbooks, per the instructions. I use these while wearing sneakers, and while they do work I think because my sneakers have ventilation, some of their effectiveness is lost. But still keeps my toes toasty on a chilly day or night.

I have used these for years. First when showing my horses in the winter. I no longer have horses but occasionally help at horse shows. It is even colder when you are sitting rather than getting your horse ready and riding. They seem to fit well in my boots without taking up too much space.

This is the only brand that I will buy when my family and I go skiing. We never have any issues with getting one that doesn’t heat up. They activate quickly, the adhesive stays put all day and they really do the job. They are very comfortable to wear even in a ski boot all day. They last for a full day of skiing and keep our toes from getting cold. The large box is such a great deal and perfect for a whole family on a ski trip. I highly recommend these.

These were placed inside boots/ adhesive removed so they didn’t bunch at the toes and removed them at end of day and they remained exceptionally warm. Feet/toes stayed toasty!

These toe warmers make running in very cold weather comfortable. You can wear a hat, mittens, a sweatshirt and leggings but there are no warm running shoes. The bottom side is sticky and you place these inside your running shoes up near your toes. And when you get back inside after your run, put them in a snack size sealable plastic bag, squeeze out the air and seal the bag. You can get several uses from each pair.

Super happy with them, they last 8 hours and more although the amount of heat decreases over time but they are still noticeably warm at the end of a full shift.

These are awesome. They work great. You just shake them up and stick them to your sock. Keeps your feet warm in extrem cold. I put one on the bottom of my feet and one on top. Worked great.

It’s really useful for people who are not used to extreme cold weather. We used this during travels. I don’t recommend this for kids as it gets hot sometimes.
