I ordered the locks. Almost a month and a half ago. I'm just now opening the box and not one lock has a key. The box with all the locks doesn't have the keys either. Unfortunately I cannot return locks now.

I think it's good quality, and a good value. However I found the hasps to be too small/short for my tool boxs.
