Attached to the lock box next to the exterior door. Guest have no longer accidentally take or miss place the exterior door keys.

this has worked great for me thus far. i bought it to use in the Master Lock w/ Adjustable Shackle and the fit is excellent. hasn’t budged and the retraction has been smooth and easy. unless something happens with it in the near future i say it’s a good buy!

This was easy to install and is doing the job. That said, it does take up quite a bit of space in the lock box, so key capacity is impacted. I only need two keys on it, so it is ok.

I've installed two of these inside lock boxes at a rental property and it's had about 10 months of use. I was originally worried the retractable tether would either break or wear out. Or that the adhesive would let go and a user would yank the whole thing out of the box. I have cameras at the property and I've seen renters be very rough with these tethers. They pull too fast, too hard, and let the key fly back to the box. However, so far they are holding up.
