1. Use high quality loose-leaf tea, which releases fewer bitter than tea bag.
2. Don’t over-brew the tea. Steep for 2-3 minutes, or less for beginners.
3. Reduce the amount of loose leaf according to your taste preference.
4. Adding lemon, Lemon adds fragrance to bitter tea.
5. Drink while it’s hot, hotter green tea yields less bitter flavor.

Oh my! So delicious and smooth. Quite unlike most green teas which have an unpleasant bitterness. I'll leave the other green teas to the less discerning. ;-)

This tea tastes good! It's sent in a sealed bag--great!--so you'll have to find an airtight container to keep the bag in after opening it.

This jasmine green tea was a delight to try. The package contains loose tea leaves that brew to offer a smooth, fragrant flavor, without bitterness. The jasmine scent strikes the balance, being neither too strong nor too weak, and the green tea itself tastes fresh and flavorful. The packaging could have been improved for longer term storage, but nothing that cannot be addressed with an airtight container. This tea is a versatile treat and I’ve tried both hot and cold with good results. At time of posting it was ~$19 for a package..

This is a good jasmine green tea - it steeps well, smells wonderful and and tastes great! It's not as bitter as many green teas that I've tried. It's a very strong green tea flavor, coupled with a touch of jasmine. I like that the bitterness comes through in the after taste and doesn't linger too long. Just enough for a great green tea.

This is a lovely jasmine green tea that I enjoy both warm, and iced. I brew it quite strong, and there is no bitterness or astringentcy. The jasmine flavor is strong and very refreshing. The tea I recieved was fresh and fragrant. I love that the tea leaves are large, and not powdery. I brew it with water around 175° for 3 to 5 minutes. When I let it steep for longer, the floral jasmine flavor gets much stronger. The tea itself, even over steeped never gets bitter as long as I don't use water that is too hot. I like it warm, but I have been keeping a pitcher of it in my fridge. I really love it iced with a tiny bit of sugar.
