Found out very quick why I saw a couple reviews where people broke the stitching. I put mine on from the stock end and I thought I would break mines stitching also. It's not very elastic at all. Wasn't until after I got it on that I realized maybe it is supposed to go on from the barrel end instead. That probably would have worked better. I'd suggest remembering that if you get one

I’ve ordered tons of these over the years. And they always serve me well. I have a rather large shotgun collection, and I love to have extra shells on-board. And these shell holders are great. They DO fit 20 gauge and 12 gauge very nicely. Every shotgun I own has one of these nylon elastic shell holders.

THIS is perfect for my 20 gauge shotgun and 12 gauge as well, if you don't wanna spend $200 on a sleeve and still want one that's perfectly functional then this is the one. I enjoy it, it helps plus it makes the guns look cooler. 😎

I’m giving it an objective 5 stars because it is a quality made product and I’m sure someone somewhere will be very happy with it. However it’s too small for my Savage Axis II. I’m sure with enough patience and elbow grease I could force it on, or if I felt truly ambitious and hated myself just a little more I could take off my scope and easily slide it on that way. Again, it’s a quality made product, just not for the specific rifle I bought it for, I’m holding onto it to hopefully use it later.

Bought for a tactical shotgun that I keep on the ready. Keep from fumbling around looking for ammo when you need it right away.Works well, stays pretty much in position and gives me a full load for a pump or semi automatic shot gun. would work well for single or double shot shotgun.Its a bit tricky to stretch over the butt of the rifle, you may need to remove any rubber padding at end of butt stock to slide on. I wish the sleeve was angled like the butt stock, however it works just fine.

I bought it to hold CO2 Capsules to stop them rolling around in the bottom of my gun bags, works great and really good quality for the cost.

This fits my CZ 712 Utility shotgun. It was a challenge getting it over the butt but it needs to be tight to work. There is no space between the loops. It is difficult to get shells in and they are basically on top of each other. They are pretty easy to get out as long as you remember to push the shell up from the bottom first. It performs the basic function of having extra shells handy at a great price. If that's what you need, then this will work just fine for you. If you are a serious hunter or participate in gun competitions, you'll probably be happier with something fancier so you can load and access your shells easier.

As people have already said - this is as tight as my mate Daz.Ideal for holding our spare co2 cartridges on the but of our carbine Air rifle.

If you own a rifle without a box magazine, or like mine, a floorplate magazine then this is the item for you.It was a very tight squeeze to get it over the butt of the rifle and into position, but once there it is nice and secure.It holds the rounds securely and accessibly, and arguably safer than in your pocket.
