This fogger is great - easy to use, and powerful. I can fog a whole house in about 15 minutes with this puppy.

Fogger worked as expected initially.Used it maybe 10 times in 4 months, then it stopped sucking up solution. I called the phone # on the back of the user manual and was told how to troubleshoot. Was told it maybe a clog in the value and to run boiling water through. That did not work. I called back to start a repair and that's when I started getting the run around. Pelsis is the umbrella company and Curtis Dyna-Fog is one of their Brands. When you call Customer Service, you get someone from B&G Equip, which is another Brand of Pelsis. Justin, of B&G sends you over to Brandi, who is responsible for Return Authorization Process. For some unknown reason, no one knew how to handle a return of a product sold through Amazon. Go Figure. I must be the first one to ever return something. After waiting a week to hear back on how they figured what their process was, I called again. I was told to send them my Amazon invoice. First they gave me a bogus email address. I called again and got the right address and waited. Still no RA#. 2 weeks into it now. Brandi was supposed to call but they never knew when she was in the office. Finally, today, Justin came up with a good story. He told me that AMAZON was responsible for the RA# not them and that my 1 year warrantee did not begin when I bought the unit, but when they handed it over to one of their companies or Amazon. If you look on the warrantee, it states it begins with the "original purchaser" so in other words..it could sit on a shelf for a year before you even buy it and your warrantee is already used up! I told Justin what I thought of all this and made sure he confirmed he was saying that AMAZON IS RESPONSBILE FOR RA#" and he said yes. I called Amazon and of course that is bull. They are opening an investigation into this company and are giving me a partial credit. they cannot help me with the warrantee or repair.From the user manual: "CURTIS DYNA-FOG warrants to the original purchaser for one year after the date of purchase that the Hurricane Ultra II fogger is free from manufacturing defects..."BEWARE: you are NOT the original purchaser, you have no way of knowing who is, and you have no way of knowing if you have any warrantee left OR who and how to get it fixed from.

It’s a great fogger that does its job well! It was nicely packaged without any damages when I received the package. It came with a detailed manual and instruction for multiply uses. It was very convenient to use and is self explanatory. It dispenses very quickly and is commercial quality. It is equipped with three chemical-resistant high-precision nozzles for greater capacity, which I think is awesome! The fogger also is very light-weighted and has a great grip to hold it. Overall I highly recommend this fogger and if you are considering to buy this, then please proceed to do it now!!!
