I only have one key (that I know of) for my Craftsman T2400 46 inch mower. It worked fine but it must have gotten twisted somehow so I wanted to get a replacement before it ended up breaking in the ignition. These keys worked perfectly and you even get a key fob to go with it. I will be keeping the original key just in case.

Picked up a mower on the Discount Line at Lowe's. Unfortunately there was only one key, and it was bent. These keys fit perfectly and now I don't have to worry that the bent key will get broken off in the ignition cylinder.
