Works great! A friend recommended this so I decided to give it a try and was very pleased. When I slipped the radio clip down into the slot of the holder (at the top), it looked like it would be wobbling side-to-side during use but surprisingly it stayed in place securely enough that it wasn't of concern. The slot for the radio clip is about twice as wide as the clip itself; not sure why - am not aware of any radio that has a clip that wide . . and this one claims to be made for the type of radio I'm using (Baofeng) so that doesn't make sense to me but after putting it through the paces on a balls-to-the-wall car cruise with friends, it performed very well and seems good and sturdy. Easy to get in and out of your cupholder too. Would recommend.

This works well for my handheld radio. It is a little hard to get lined up where you want it to face and tighten down in that spot, but with a little work it does a good job.
