We have bought 3 pairs each. Some of the reviews made us think they would wear out relatively quick. In the Winter we log 10 to 20 miles a week using them. We are still on our first pairs. They are long lasting. We have had our first pair since November of 2019.

Bought these December 18th 2024 and today February 13th was the first time I used them and as when I was putting these on, the back strap broke as seen in the photo. I have bought these type from other manufacturers and never had this problem. Don’t buy this junk.

Fits snug on shoes but easy to remove when needed. Great to keep in car for unexpected icy walkways. But practice walking in them before you need them.

These things are worth their weight in Gold!! I had a mild concussion from falling and hitting my head against a building, while working at 3 am, during the power outage Feb 2021, in Texas. We're nearing the end of another ice event today...and these spikes were invaluable!! Got my wife a pair...No slipping, ZERO sliding!! We were able to safely get into my truck, (with a step bar...and I can't tell you how many times people, including me, have stepped, foot goes between the truck and step bar...geesh!) NO ISSUES AT ALL! LOVE THEM! Thank you!!!!

I had purchased a different pair online that didn't fit and immediately fell off so I decided to try these. These grips are a very good quality and fit my winter boots perfectly. However, I did end up returning one of the two pairs I had purchased only because the sizing was off. Based on the chart I figured the Large would fit for me and I got the XL for my husband. I actually ended up having to use the XL because the Large just won't fit my winter boots. I think the sizing chart is more based on hiking shoes/boots and not 'beefier' winter boots. All good, I used them today on the ice and they did a great job! I wish they had a 2XL size so I could reorder a pair for my husband but they only go up to XL.

have used these for the past 4 winters on snow and especially icy hard surfaces (roads/walkways)bro prevent falls. I keep my stabilizers on a pair of boots and clogs in the garage and slip into one or the other as weather dictates to walk the dog, get the mail, take out the trash bin etc. I am 80 yoand wouldn’t be doing any of those activities w/o my Stabilizers. Hint: Do Not Walk on wood floors or looped carpet to prevent marring or getting caught in the carpet. Heavy (wet/warm) snow might tend to packunderfoot. I have gifted these cleats to family and friends over the years. Five Stars!
