The add says "sold as pair", and "mount's only", but it only came with one mount.

WHERE IS MY SECOND ONE!!! You are advertising they come in pairs, $34 for one of these is ridiculous. False advertising, China could make this for $3. And these will probably rotate, Hope not. The side rail mount option always rotated, had to weld a bracket up.
