Thicker material than other brands. Will not tear easily.

très bien , mais pour une très forte pluie , sa passe a travers ...dans ce cas , un seul choix possible : le poncho en toile cirée .plus cher , plus lourd mais dure toute la vie et est réellement étanche .....

1/3/2025 - First Impression:I selected the Army Green. To my surprise, it's a nice looking green with an awesome mesh-like pattern on it, but it's solid… not mesh. Material is lightweight (i.e. 11.5 oz), flexible/"soft", but much better quality/tougher than the thin/cheap disposable ones and quieter when moving around.. Plastic snaps along both sides allows you to close it off all the way up to touching/surrounding your arm. For a average size male, with arms by your side, it covers 4" shy of your wrist and about 3" past your knee. Easy to fold/roll up into the included carrying pouch made of the same material. Fits nicely into pouch... not too loose and not too snug. Stuffed pouch size is 8-1/2" L x 3-1/2" Dia. You can cinch up the elastic rope around your head opening to hug your face. All the seams are waterproof taped on the inside. There's a rain visor attached to the hood. When it's down, you can't see forward, just downwards. But you can fold it up so that rain drains to the sides and you can then see in front of you. There's a generous pocket in the front with Velcro closure.Overall, great looking and quality built with convenient carrying pouch.

Ordered this to wear at outdoor sporting events. It’s waterproof, and the material is of a nice quality that makes it very durable! Ordered the blue since it’s our school color. Fits anyone.

My spouse works in construction and sometimes needs some rain gear for those wet muddy days. I figured I would try this out for him. It is HUGE! I ordered him a large, he is 6'1" and around 215 and a medium would have fit him for sure. He didn't mind the size at all and will be able to be bundled up under it and still wear a Hi Vis Vest over it when needed. The material seems pretty sturdy, however, he is in construction so they tend to tear things up, but I do think for more "normal" use it would hold up well.

Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands-on review and inspection of the product you are considering.I ordered this in a small based on other reviews and it is a perfect fit for my 5'2" frame. It's still really big, but it will go over a big jacket with room,to spare. I ordered the bright yellow so anyone wearing it can be seen easily.I took a star off because in the images it appears to be a bit thicker, maybe heavier in weight, making it more durable. The hood seems to have a grey lining. This is super thin,. It's still wearable for hiking, but it won't hold any heat in and 8 not sure if it will help in a good down poor. But I am happy with it. Carrying it will not be a problem as it barely has any weight to it. And it come in a handy bag.The snaps and toggle around the neck work as expected. It is sewn well, looks nice and tidy...for a rain poncho.

I spent a bit of time researching hooded rain ponchos and I came across this option from brand ICREEK which is great because it is very portable, able to be compressed into a very small bag, and yet when expanded, it is quite substantial, functions as a traditional poncho, but with the durability I needed to last the rain season this fall.Once I received it, I also did a strange test, and that was to put it in the freezer. The freezer test can often determine if a type of rubberized fabric can get "crunchy" when subjected to the cold. I am pleased to say this one passed quite well and remained soft enough to be functional even in colder weather, so what I will do is wear it overtop of a thicker, obviously softer, sweater-like fabric poncho that is also quite portable and, combined, the two will be extra protective against the elements, but in a minimal storage space.I sourced other, far more expensive combos that were designed to do this combo idea, but they were hundreds of dollars, and this poncho was much more affordable, but still a huge value considering this is advertised as a 3-in-1 solution that is not only a raincoat, but can double as an open-cover shelter also, if emergency required it.Overall, I rate this 5 stars for being exactly what it is meant to be: A protective layer with elements that can withstand both rain and cold, is reusable and generally feels very good when wearing it, is not too oversized, but is large enough that it can be used for emergency purposes as well. Great choice for campers, hikers or anyone who just wants a great poncho in the rain.

This is a very large poncho. It goes on easily, snaps up at the sides well, and the hood fits well (although the hole for the face isn't overly large). It's made out of a material that does not feel over-plasticky, so it doesn't make you sweaty and hot when you're wearing it.It's big enough that you could be a larger person, or be wearing snow gear underneath, or even a backpack. I could see this being very useful for a hiker, or for someone living rough outdoors. They could sit down, and have all their possessions huddled underneath them, keeping themselves and their belongings together and dry. It's perfectly square, so it folds very easily (unlike the typical gymnastics we have to do when folding fitted bed sheets lol). The only down side is the very silly and overly-small storage bag that it comes with. I challenge anyone to be able to fold up, or roll, the poncho and squeeze it into this bag! I ripped the seam of my bag as I was trying to put it back in. The bag is a no-go, so if you're planning to carry this with you on your travels, you'll need to find an alternative carrier for it. Happy trails :)

This poncho is exactly what i'm looking for! its BIG and lightweight + comes with a small baggie for portability. The material they used is light but yet durable and repels water very well. Both ends have push buttons to lock them together and the hoodie is perfect size for me. There is a big pocket in the front but i dont put anything heavy in there as it tends to pull the poncho down the front which i dont like, though its a good spot to store the baggie while your using the poncho. I got the Large size, though its very wide the length would have been better if its a little longer. I'm 5'7 and it covers maybe 2 inches below my knee. Other than that, this a great poncho and will be useful for people who loves outdoor.
