Fit plenty of sodas, bevs and ice. Fell of the truck at 75 mph. Both the ice chest and beer was fine. Didn't even scratch. I wish I was lieing. Seals great, looks amazing. Definitely best cooler out there.

In an unscientific test, this cooler kept all of my "blue ice" frozen (or nearly so) for 50 hours. The freezer packs were everything from six-pack shapes to soft pouches to cylinders. They took up less than a third of the cooler volume. I'm convinced that this baby will keep our frozen foods frozen on road trips. Now, about the 4-star rating: I am afraid that the pull handle will not be sturdy enough to lever a fully-laden cooler back on its wheels. I am also concerned that the collapsibility of the handle will fail over time - and thus render the cooler useless unless the handle mechanism is totally removed (you can't open the cooler with the pull handle even partially extended).

Support screws on the handle came out of the cooler after only 2nd use. I have reached out to Igloo, but after a week have still not heard back from them. After paying over $150.00 for the cooler, I am very disappointed in the product & their customer service. I bought it through Amazon, but it says to contact Igloo with problems.

It's lightweight. That's about all it's got going for it. It's obviously not a Yeti but everything about it feels really cheap and like it will not last long. Many design choices went into this that must have been based purely on economy of manufacturing... which likely justify it costing less than others but when you factor in a miserable vacation or camping trip or hours/ gas spent going to get ice, or a sprained hand/wrist attempting to close it, a good cooler and unfortunately the expense of a good one can seem justifiable. This one has a weak, flexing, thin aluminum handle that must be collapsed completely to open the lid and sticks so you must really yank it. It's strength & longevity if actually used when this cooler is full is highly suspect especially with marginal overlap of the telescoping lengths and the plastic stops. Then there's the rigid handles which don't fold down unless you have room (about 6") on both sides of the cooler. -so if its set down and you've packed around it they wont fold flat unless you lift it back out somehow and when you do you now have no way to lift it from above. These also feel like without some flex would easily break with any lateral force and if anything were designed to slide it should have been these sjnce even folded stick out over an inch. Now for the worst problem: It seems they've jumped on the gasket and rubber latch idea but maybe the competition has a patent on leveraged stretch clasps because these are so wrong its comical. These non-leveraging rubber latches make closing it near impossible unless you'r under the cooler! So unless you have the proper position and wrist strength to stretch them over the hooks you will not be getting into it again after it is packed into your vehicle. I find it hard to believe the elongation and contraction of the rubber is enough to make it watertight. The interior is larger than typical roto molded coolers so at least you get more room with these thinner sides? ...but I would guess you're losing insulation and why is it such a dark grey?? I don't understand why anyone would use a dark color for a cooler- if it's accidentally left in the sun for even a short time, the absorbed radiation will thermally transfer to the interior. Speaking of, it lldoesn't have a flat interior bottom but at least the drain is in the right spot if you can find a way to keep it tilted back. The wheels are pressed onto the axle and I can't see how you'd remove them if you needed to replace them but at least its a full length 1/4" steel rod. There is about 2" of clearance to the pull handle so transporting the cooler on them will only work on very flat, hard ground (concrete) and should not be actually considered a "trail mate" unless your looking to get f&$@ed out on the trail.

Works well and keeps items cold for several days. No issues of leakage and the durability is really really good. The cooler is easy to use and is worth the value, definitely would recommend for anybody who’s an outdoorsman.
