Besides jump rope, I decided to try to do hip thrust To help strengthen my core. Sometimes My workout feels a little too easy. Luckily this product helps to give a little resistance to my exercise routine.It's very easy to insert the tiny bar bells. It's also very easy wrapping it all around my waist.The velcro holds really well and I'm not worried about the barbell's falling off because of the weight.The material comfortable and strong enough that the weight capacity Is more than sufficient. What's nice about the product Is it size because you can fold it up and put it in a corner so it doesn't take up a lot of room.The product is simple but it's a great idea and functions really well

Comparable to BellaBooty and 20% of the price. I do 80lb hip thrusts and it holds great.

Honestly, I prefer using this over an actual bar as the bar is painful against my hips even when padded and optimally placed. There's definitely a bit of adjusting and a learning curve to get used to this item, but once you get the hang of it, it's a great addition to a home gym set up

This Hip Thrust Belt – Booty Trainer by Indeemax is very easy to set up and use. This belt works well with dumbbells, kettlebells or weight plates. It’s a simple design but very effective.The Hip Thrust Belt is well-made and the materials feel very good quality. The fabric, the straps, the velcro and the stitching all appear to be durable. The straps are very strong and the velcro is heavy-duty to hold the weights in place.

Thick and durable, seems like it should fit a good variety of body types. Takes a little getting used to, but it's neat you can use it in a variety of ways. I've been using it in pushup position because I can't do whatever that lady in the picture is doing lol ^_^ Oh, and I really like that you can use basically any type of weights in this thing. I don't have the typical barbell type, I have wrist/ankle straps with little sandbag weights that I can wrap the ends around, and also these massage roller looking ones. Both of which fit this well. I can even use the massage roller looking ones with the sandbag weights to make heavier weights since I also don't have a large variety of weight sizes to choose from.

This is just what I needed to elevate my glute workouts at home.I’m just starting my health and physical journey but squats aren’t doing it and going to the gym is next to impossible due to schedules.This right here is so easy to use with my 10lbs weights. For now it’s the perfect amt for me.The straps are very strong and the velcro is heavy duty to hold them in place.

This product is a great way to do weighted hip thrusts if you don't have access to a barbell. I use this in the gym with my back on a bench (rather than the floor). The first couple of times I tried it, I was iffy about the product. I was concerned that the dumbbells would slide forwards and backwards, and I also felt like the weight dangled funny at my sides. However, I adjusted the Velcro and straps to move the weights more inward (see last pic) and they swayed significantly less/stayed close to my body. The weights also stay in place well when they are wrapped in closer together. So far, I've had up to two 15-pound dumbbells in here with no problem. The material seems sturdy and it sits comfortably across my waist. I really like this product.

This belt works well with either dumbbells or kettle bells too. I have used 15lb kettlebells with ease. Not sure it would support much heavier without the Velcro giving out over time. I will say the quality seems good, but there is a strong chemical odor on the belt on arrival. Otherwise, satisfied with the item for my work out routine.
