Well made, easy mounting, decent wattage:This product is well made and feels very durable while handling. The device is designed to act as a passive heat sink, preventing overheating effectively if in a cool enough environment. The built in din rail mount is sturdy and makes it very easy to mount, providing a clean setup that's much easier to manage. The power capabilities are pretty good given the size, and the power supply has remained consistent and stable while hooked up.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

This switch works very well. I just don't like the open power in block. I would prefer a different type of connection for power in. Does not come with a power supply.

This is one excellent industrial PoE injector in my opinion! It was simple to install on my DIN rail and connect to a power supply that I had laying around. It was truly plug and play and worked right away with no issues to power and provide network connectivity for a large PoE pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) camera. The network speed is super fast and performing well with no problems at all. The unit is compact, well made, and heavy duty and will no doubt last for a long time. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would not hesitate to recommend it with 5 stars all the way!

I have this unit installed in a NEMA box and connected to a CCTV camera 150' away. Luckly I had a DC input power supply available as this unit does not come with a power supply unit. I like the simplicity of this passive POE injector. The power output is great, I had very little voltage loss at the end. Network speed is great as well. One of the best features is the heat tolerance of the unit. Our summers get very hot and even hotter in the box, this unit is rated for both extreme cold and heat. The last unit of another brand did not last the summer heat. Outside of not having a supplied power supply, which I did not need anyways, I don't have anything negative to report. Nice unit.

The Industrial Passive 24V 5-Port PoE Switch is a solidly built networking device designed for industrial and home setups requiring passive PoE. With its full-metal housing, it feels durable and well-constructed. While the redundant power input feature suggests it can receive power from a PoE router or switch, I was unable to get it to work without directly powering it. Once powered (note: power adapter not included), it performs reliably and provides smooth gigabit connectivity.Pros:Sturdy Metal Construction:Durable, industrial-grade build suitable for demanding environments.Passive PoE with 24V Output:Useful for powering compatible devices without requiring active PoE negotiation.Gigabit Speeds:Supports 10/100/1000Mbps for high-speed networking.Mounting Flexibility:Can be mounted on a network rack or installed with screws for easy placement.Redundant Power Input:Offers an additional layer of reliability, ensuring continuous operation.Cons:Power Adapter Not Included:Requires an external power source, which is not supplied in the box.Limited PoE Input Functionality:While it has a redundant power input, it does not appear to work solely via PoE from another switch or router.Unmanaged Switch:No advanced configuration options for VLANs, QoS, or network management.Final Verdict:The Industrial Passive 24V 5-Port PoE Switch is a well-built, reliable switch for those needing passive PoE support in a durable package. However, be prepared to supply your own power adapter, as it does not function solely on PoE input. If you need a simple, high-quality gigabit PoE switch for an industrial or home setup and don’t require advanced network management features, this is a solid choice.

I used this to power two outdoor wireless devices; a wireless bridge and a wifi access point. This eliminates the need for individual power injectors per device. In the photo, it's the far right device. Keep in mind that there's 4 ports with passive POE power that cannot be used for regular devices. Only the uplink can plug into another device or switch.
