Replaces your gen3 router. Works with the OEM Starlink Ethernet cable with no modifications. This thing is a beast.Another use for it. If for some reason you want to use your Starlink router somewhere very far from your dish, say opposite side of your home, it won’t power the satellite due to the distance. You can use this procet injector closer to the dish and keep the router inside.I’m surprised no other company has a competing device.

Using this has allowed me to completely remove the starlink router from the equation, and it appears that the only difference between the v3 and v2 version is the added dongle, which is not needed if you have performed the rj45 cable mod. Additionally, my connection seems to be more stable now, which I can only ascribe to the higher wattage potential. If you want to simplify your setup, add some lightning protection and increase stability, get this.

Arrived in one day. Works great as a replacement for the Starlink Gen 3 power supply. Provides power over Ethernet (POE) to the Gen 3 satellite receiver either thru 1) the standard Starlink Gen 3 router (provided with the original kit from Starlink) or 2) direct to the rectangle receiver (dish) itself if you bypass the Starlink router and choose to use your own router or mesh system. Unit has Ethernet connections for your own router. Kinda spendy, but very well built and gets you back online!

This PoE Injector works great if you want to remove the Starlink Router from your system.. However it's only marginally better than the Starlink router in terms of power consumption and it also caused my home wifi router to crash after less than 24 hours of use. A router that - up to that point - had run 24x7x365 for two years flawlessly without any issues.I cannot confidently recommend this device.

Because starlink will take a month to replace hardware, yet send a new customer hardware in a day. This works, but not waterproof at all.

This really helped me in a pinch. I was able to power up and speed up my Starlink setup very quickly. Set up was simple. This works great, and it doesn't take up a lot of room.
